I would like to send everyone my best wishes for the Christmas and New Year season, and to take this opportunity to thank the many people who have helped me, and supported my campaigns over the past twelve months.
 
Looking back over recent months, I have helped many people in the community, both through local action and my campaigns in Parliament. I have tried my very best for everyone who has come to me with an issue or concern, and have had some successes (and sometimes not). I have always tried my best and will continue to do so.

Audenshaw, Denton, Dukinfield, Reddish and the Heatons are all fantastic communities, with so much talent and potential, and it remains a huge privilege and an honour for me to represent you in Parliament.
  
So let’s face the future with confidence and ensure this New Year brings continued investment in our public services, and hopefully with the economy turning a corner to provide us with better prospects and improved standards of living once more.
